Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If The FlexiScoop should break, please contact us as soon as possible. Before we process your return/replacement, we’ll ask you to send a photo so that we can see what happened. Then we’ll send you a replacement immediately. Or, if you request it, a refund will appear on the purchasing credit card statement or through your original method of payment in approx. 5 days. Just let us know! If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund.

LIABILITY

Some litter could remain on The FlexiScoop after scooping. We recommend a daily wash off in your household commode (if you’re a clean freak like us) where a bit of litter will go down. That’s why we have to say:

PRODUCT DESIGN HOUSE LLC is not responsible for any clogging or damage, or any costs associated with cleanout or repair of the household plumbing system due to litter accumulation.

Regular maintenance of your plumbing system should keep everything flowing smoothly. Don’t be like us and believe that flushing entire urine balls or litter-coated fecal matter down the commode is a good idea!
